Infrared & NIR Sauna
Deep relaxation, recovery and a full-body reset.
Our infrared sauna uses gentle radiant heat to support detoxification, muscle recovery, circulation and healthy, glowing skin.
Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared heat penetrates deeper into the body, easing inflammation and tension. Infrared sauna access is included with every CORE, ESSENTIAL and ELITE membership.
Recover faster
Radiant heat helps loosen tight muscles and calm post-class soreness.
