Owner/Pilates Instructor
Jacqueline is the visionary owner and founder of Mind & Movement Pilates, where she combines her passion for mindful movement with a deep dedication to her clients’ growth and well-being. Over the past year, she has honed her expertise through advanced training at Beacon Pilates and enriched her knowledge with mentorship and education at Breathe Pilates, ensuring every client receives the highest level of instruction.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or striving to take your practice to the next level, Jacqueline offers a warm, encouraging environment where you can build strength, confidence, and balance. Lucia
Pilates Instructor
Lucia brings a fiery passion for health, movement, and well-being to her work as a Classical Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer & Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
With a diverse background spanning competitive bodybuilding, working with individuals with special needs, and experience in the entertainment industry, Lucia approaches every session with a unique, holistic perspective. She tailors her guidance to each client’s individual needs, focusing on healing muscle imbalances, building functional strength, and alleviating unnecessary pain through intentional and restorative movement.
Lucia firmly believes Pilates is a cornerstone for developing movement, strength, and healing in every body. Having completed her Mat and Comprehensive Teacher Training under Juliet Harvey of Beacon Pilates, she is now advancing her expertise through continued education in Advanced Teacher Training.

Hannah
Pilates Instructor
Hannah Davis holds a BFA in Dance with an emphasis in Ballet Pedagogy from the University of Hartford. During her studies, she discovered Pilates as a powerful complement to her ballet training and immediately fell in love with its transformative benefits. Just one week after graduation, Hannah earned her comprehensive 500+ hour certification from Polestar Pilates, solidifying her expertise as a dedicated Pilates practitioner. She also completed over 500 hours of classical Pilates training under Beacon Pilates, further deepening her knowledge and versatility as an instructor.
Hannah’s classes emphasize breathwork and full-body alignment, offering creative, fun, and motivating sessions that leave clients feeling refreshed both physically and mentally. Passionate about self-development, she encourages a lifestyle rooted in self-care, healthy habits, and balance.
Hannah believes that living a fulfilling life begins with a deep connection to your mind, body, and spirit, and she’s committed to helping her clients achieve that harmony through Pilates.

Maria
Pilates Instructor
Maria’s passion for learning and educating has shaped her path in the wellness world. With over 17 years of experience as an educator, she understands the vital connection between mind and body and the importance of maintaining balance in daily life. This belief first led her to complete a yoga teacher certification program, where she began guiding others on their self-care journeys.
Her wellness exploration expanded when she discovered Pilates, which quickly became a transformative part of her personal practice. Pilates offered Maria a holistic approach to movement, allowing her to connect and condition her body as a unified whole.
Maria is currently advancing her training and mentorship at Beacon Pilates, inspired by Joe Pilates’ philosophy: “The mind, when housed within a healthful body, possesses a glorious sense of power.” Through her teaching, Maria is dedicated to helping others experience this connection and unlock their full potential through Pilates.

Kristi’s journey into yoga began during a transformative time—preparing for the birth of her daughter. In exploring the untapped strength within her body, she found yoga to be more than just movement—it became a way to fully embrace the path toward motherhood with grace, presence, and intention.
As both a mother and storyteller, Kristi brings a unique blend of warmth, energy, and creativity to her classes. Her teaching is rooted in a student-centered philosophy, prioritizing each individual’s goals, needs, and personal growth over any one-size-fits-all approach. Kristi is deeply committed to offering the full scope of yoga, far beyond the physical postures—guiding students through a complete practice that nurtures both body and spirit.

Sabrina Eester is a certified RYT and Reiki practitioner who has been sharing her practice with the Hudson Valley community for the past six years. She completed a dual lineage yoga training with a focus on Jivamukti and Hanna Somatics, blending dynamic movement with mindful awareness.
Sabrina believes that yoga is a powerful pathway to self-discovery and self-love—a practice that gently illuminates the parts of ourselves most in need of care and attention. Rooted in both personal exploration and communal support, her teaching invites students to step away from the constant chatter of the mind and return to the simplicity of breath, sensation, and presence.
She emphasizes that yoga is not about being strong or flexible to begin with—it’s about showing up. Through consistency and compassion, the practice itself cultivates strength, flexibility, and clarity in both body and mind. Sabrina encourages each student to build a personal connection to the practice, one that holds the potential to transform their life from the inside out.

Personal Trainer &
Fitness Instructor
Ali Cerone is an ACE-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a passion for helping people build strength, endurance, and confidence through movement. She holds a degree in Dance and Exercise Science from The George Washington University, allowing her to combine scientific insight with a deep understanding of body mechanics to craft safe, effective, and engaging workouts.
Specializing in Strength, HIIT, and Low-Impact training, Ali meets clients where they are—offering scalable options that challenge all fitness levels while prioritizing proper form and injury prevention. With years of experience teaching cycling, she brings a contagious energy and expert-level coaching to every session, motivating clients to break through barriers and unlock their full potential.
Whether she’s leading a high-intensity interval class or guiding a mindful, low-impact workout, Ali’s mission remains the same: to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build a lasting relationship with their fitness journey.

Justin Petriello is the owner and operator of Mind & Movement Pilates, working behind the scenes to keep the studio running smoothly and seamlessly each day. As the husband of Jacqueline, the two share a deep passion for fitness, wellness, and building a supportive community. While Jacqueline leads the studio’s front-facing presence, Justin is the steady force handling the operations, logistics, and day-to-day essentials that allow the studio to thrive. His dedication, attention to detail, and quiet leadership make him an integral part of the heart and soul of Mind & Movement Pilates.
