Lucia has a fiery passion for health and well-being. She is a Classical Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer & Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist under the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Her background in competitive bodybuilding, working with special-needs persons, and entertainment give her a unique, holistic approach to her practice. With consideration to each client’s individual needs, she aims to heal muscle imbalances, build functional strength and alleviate unnecessary pain through guided movement.
Lucia believes Pilates has an essential purpose in everyone’s foundation of movement, strength and healing. She completed her Mat and Comprehensive Teacher Training under Juliet Harvey of Beacon Pilates, and is continuing onto her Advanced teacher training.
Adrienne
After a successful 20-year career in fashion as a hair and makeup artist, working with top figures in the industry, Adrienne Lytton decided to pivot her career. As a mother of two with a strong focus on health and fitness, she sought a path aligned with her wellness passion.
In 2004, she discovered Pilates to strengthen her hypermobile joints, using it throughout two pregnancies, C-sections, and recovery from injuries. Her firsthand experience of Pilates' effectiveness led her to become a certified health and wellness coach in 2019. In 2021, she completed her comprehensive Pilates teacher training. Adrienne's mission is to empower others to find strength and health, complementing her love for strength training and fitness regimens.

Hannah
Hannah Davis, from Cortlandt Manor, NY, received a BFA in dance with an emphasis in ballet pedagogy from the University of Hartford. While in school, she discovered pilates as supplemental work to her ballet training and instantly fell in love with it. The week after graduation, she received her certificate from Polestar Pilates as a 500+ hr comprehensively certified Pilates practitioner. Hannah’s classes focus on breath and full body alignment. Her classes are creative, fun, motivating and help you feel better, both physically and mentally. Hannah is passionate about self development through self care, healthy habits and a balanced lifestyle. She strongly believes the way to live a good life is to be connected and in tune to your mind, body and spirit.
Maria
My love for learning and educating has led me to different paths in my wellness journey. My interest in Pilates began with a foundation in self care. As an educator for the past 17 years, I have realized the importance of maintaining a balance between mind and body. Fostering that belief, I completed a yoga teacher certification program and became a yoga instructor.
Soon after I was introduced to Pilates. It was then that I discovered Pilates which I now have added to my personal wellness journey. Pilates paved a new road that allowed me to connect and condition my body as a whole. As I continue my training and mentorship at Beacon Pilates, I intend to deliver the message that Joe Pilates has shared with his apprentices “the mind, when housed within a healthful body, posses a glorious sense of power.”
